Mambwe language

The Mambwe language (chimambwe) is a dialect spoken by the Mambwe tribe in the Northern province of Zambia in Mbala district. Most of the Mambwes are market traders and are mainly dispersed around big towns like Lusaka, Ndola, Kitwe, Kabwe etc. The Mambwe, Lungu and Namwanga dialects enjoy many similarities.
