Vicente Miera Campos (born May 10, 1940 in Santander, Cantabria) is a former Spanish football manager and player.
Miera played for Real Madrid and was part of their European Cup victory in 1966. A coach since 1974, he guided the national team to the gold medal at the 1992 Summer Olympics in Barcelona, Spain, after a brief 7-month stint with the main national squad.
At club level, Miera worked for Real Oviedo (1974-77, 1988-89), Sporting de Gijón (1977-79, 1980-82), RCD Español (1979-80, 1996-97), Atlético de Madrid (1986-87), Club Deportivo Tenerife (1989-90), Racing de Santander (1994-96) and Sevilla Fútbol Club (1997-98).
